The Norwich Theater Company has been presenting quality performances since 2010.  Murder mysteries, talent showcases, dinner theater, musical reviews, trivia competitions, and show-stopping musicals are just a few of the many productions our talented members have created.  We are a 501(c)3 not-for-profit entity governed by a Board of Trustees, elected from and by our Membership.  The Trustees work in a committee structure to establish and publicize our performance season and other events, ensure fiscal sustainability and responsibility, maintain our records, and much more.

Our Structure

NTCI is governed by a Board of Trustees, who meet monthly.  Trustees are elected by the membership from its ranks and are elected to a 2-year term at the Annual Meeting, held in January.  One Student Trustee is elected annually at the same meeting.

At the first Trustee meeting following the annual elections, the Trustees elect a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Historian from their ranks.  The President then appoints a Treasurer, whose appointment is ratified by the Board.

Each Trustee Chairs at least one Committee and is responsible for forming and directing that Committee.  Committees can be comprised of Company Members, community members, or any interested party.
